Which surah talks about rizq?

The Qur’an does not explicitly talk about rizq (provision) in one particular surah, but mentions it in several places throughout the holy text. In Surah Al-Baqarah, Allah says, “And give us sustenance, and you are the best of providers” (2:245).

This shows that Allah is the best provider and is in control of everyone’s provision. Furthermore, in Surah Al-Qasas, Allah states, “And when Pharaoh said, “O Haman, build me a tower that I may reach the ways, and the ways of the heavens so that I may look upon the God of Moses, for verily I think that he is a liar”, but Allah had already predetermined that the sustenance of the Jews is with Him.

(28:38). This ayat instructs us that Allah is in control of rizq and that we should have faith in Him. Lastly, in Surah Al-Fath, which is a special surah of victory, Allah states, “That He may grant them increase in wealth and children, and bestow upon them exemplary conduct” (48:4).

This reveals that not only does Allah grant us provision, but He also grants us other blessings such as wealth and children. All of these ayat from the Qur’an show us the importance of trusting in Allah for our provision and being grateful for the blessings we receive.
